Located 100 km from the city center, this chalet is envisioned as a calm retreat that blurs the boundaries between built form and nature. The design emphasizes seamless integration of architecture and landscape, with expansive glazing, open courtyards, and fluid circulation that draw the sea breeze and natural light deep into the interiors. The entrance opens directly to a framed view of the sea, offering an immediate connection between arrival and the horizon beyond.
Generous outdoor terraces, poolside living spaces, and minimal white volumes create a serene atmosphere where simplicity meets sophistication. The composition balances privacy and openness, offering tranquil family spaces while maintaining strong visual connections to the surrounding marine environment.
This two-floor chalet is designed to balance privacy and openness while embracing the marine setting. The ground floor is dedicated to social life, with spacious living and dining areas opening fully to the sea and swimming pool. A diwaniya facing the street ensures guest privacy, complemented by a dedicated guest bedroom.
The first floor hosts six master bedrooms, thoughtfully oriented to maximize views: two overlook the sea and pool, two face the street, and two open to the neighboring side, ensuring every room has its own distinct outlook. Together, the layout creates a serene retreat where family gatherings, guest hospitality, and private living flow seamlessly.
