The sea-facing façade is characterized by expansive glass windows that frame panoramic views, layered with shifting horizontal masses to create depth, shade, and terraces that seamlessly extend the interior spaces outward.

A sculpted staircase and a central glass-wrapped courtyard with a feature tree define the arrival experience, flooding the lobby with light and sea views. This level combines guest and service spaces with a spa suite—including an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room—while the seafront living and dining areas extend onto an infinity pool and terrace.
