This contemporary chalet is designed with dual identities—one facing the vibrant street and the other opening toward the serene sea. The sea-facing façade is characterized by expansive glass windows that frame panoramic views, layered with shifting horizontal masses to create depth, shade, and terraces that seamlessly extend the interior spaces outward.
A sculpted staircase and a central glass-wrapped courtyard with a feature tree define the arrival experience, flooding the lobby with light and sea views. This level combines guest and service spaces with a spa suite—including an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room—while the seafront living and dining areas extend onto an infinity pool and terrace. Designed for family living, the first floor hosts three master bedrooms for the children and a shared lounge with pantry and dining, all oriented around the central courtyard and sea views. The private couple’s retreat above features a grand master suite opening to a large sea-facing terrace, with separate dressings, a spacious bathroom, and an additional master bedroom for flexibility. Dedicated to support functions, the roof accommodates maids’ rooms, laundry, and mechanical spaces, keeping service areas discreetly apart from the main living zones.
A bold vertical mass in earthy tones, creating a striking composition. Curved balconies soften the geometry.
The two proposed street façade options offer distinct architectural expressions, each emphasizing sculptural volumes, vertical accents, and a play of solid and void, ensuring privacy while maintaining a strong street presence.
