This contemporary family residence is thoughtfully designed to serve the evolving needs of a modern Kuwaiti family of six. Sitting on a 400 square meter plot, the home utilizes 700 square meters of built-up space distributed across three levels, carefully organized to balance privacy, functionality, and social interaction.
The ground floor is dedicated to social and communal functions, including formal and informal living areas, a dining space, and guest reception zones—designed to cater to the culturally significant aspect of hospitality in Kuwaiti society.
The first floor serves as a private realm for the four children, with each bedroom crafted to provide autonomy while maintaining proximity for familial closeness. This level also includes a shared family lounge, a laundry area, and a dedicated maid’s suite for domestic support.
The second floor is a retreat for the parents. It features a spacious master suite, walk-in closets, and a luxurious bathroom. The highlight of this level is the expansive terrace, designed for relaxation, outdoor gatherings, and panoramic views, offering a sense of calm above the city’s rhythm.
A serene entry unfolds through a private court, where architecture and landscape blend to create a welcoming threshold before the home.
