Designed with a thoughtful balance of openness and privacy. A 5.5-meter setback creates a welcoming forecourt leading to the main entrance. Upon entering, a dramatic 14-meter-long hall anchors the ground floor, ending with a guest bedroom, while the front diwaniya and side service wing — including a large main kitchen — frame the social core of the house.
The first floor accommodates four master bedrooms and a central family living space, designed with flexibility to allow conversion into two independent apartments in the future.
The second floor is dedicated to the main suite, complete with a private terrace and a gym/office overlooking the expansive outdoor area, offering exclusivity and comfort.
Finally, the top floor houses the service functions, including maids’ rooms and laundry, ensuring privacy and functionality are maintained throughout the design.
A vertical finned element adds depth, texture, and shadow play to the façade.
A private forecourt blends light, shadow, and nature at the home’s entry.
