This contemporary family residence, takes advantage of a generous side setback transformed into a landscaped garden that leads into a private interior court with a swimming pool. The ground floor spaces—reception, living, dining, and open kitchen—are all arranged around this court, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors and making the pool the central feature of family life.
On the first floor, the layout combines privacy with openness: a girls’ suite with two master bedrooms is complemented by a family living area overlooking the court, while the front master suite extends onto a terrace facing the pool and garden.
The second floor is dedicated to leisure, housing a gym, cinema, and workshop, giving the house a unique character that balances family living with recreation.
To maintain clarity and functionality, service spaces such as the maids’ rooms, laundry, and storage are placed on the rooftop, keeping the main levels free for social and private activities. The design as a whole emphasizes layered experiences, from the entry through the garden to the inward-facing court, culminating in a home that seamlessly integrates openness, privacy, and modern family life.
An interplay of stacked volumes and recessed terraces, where outdoor living blends seamlessly with interior spaces. Elevated balconies and rooftop gardens extend the architecture upward, while the landscaped court and shaded parking anchor the design at street level.
Designed around a central courtyard and swimming pool. Deep setbacks create a balance between privacy and openness.
Interlocking forms that blend indoor and outdoor life.
Outdoor terraces and landscaped zones extend living beyond the interior.
