Set on a 400 sqm plot in Al.Mutlaa city, this residence unfolds across 735 sqm distributed over three levels. The ground floor is dedicated to generous reception and living spaces, complemented by a kitchen and dining area for family gatherings and entertaining. The first floor houses the private sleeping quarters, with the main suite positioned prominently on the front façade and directly connected to a terrace, reinforcing the dialogue between interior comfort and exterior openness. The second floor is conceived as a rooftop extension, with a hall that opens to the outdoor terraces, while service areas such as laundry and maid’s quarters are discreetly located at the rear.
Architecturally, the façade composition is defined by clean geometric volumes articulated through a restrained palette of stone cladding, vertical louvers, and crisp plaster surfaces. The interplay of solid and transparent elements creates a balance of privacy and openness—large glazing frames the social spaces on the ground floor while emphasizing vertical proportions. The use of natural stone at the base grounds the structure, while the upper white volumes project a sense of lightness and modernity. Vertical louvers not only provide shading and privacy but also add rhythm and texture to the elevation, reinforcing the villa’s minimal yet dynamic architectural identity.
Modern Minimalist Facade with Contrasting Textures
Set within a recessed volume, emphasizes verticality and balance, giving the house a striking yet understated architectural identity.
