Enclosed on three sides by neighboring houses, this residence is designed as an inward-looking home where the architecture revolves around light, openness, and privacy. The entrance leads into an open reception area, anchored by a sculptural secondary staircase that connects to the first floor. At the heart of the house, an outdoor courtyard becomes the central focal point, visually and spatially tying together the reception, dining, and guest bedroom, while allowing natural light and air to filter deep into the interiors.

On the first floor, the private spaces are organized into three master bedrooms, with the main suite positioned along the street façade. Its design takes advantage of a generous terrace, created through the careful shifting of volumes that define the exterior expression of the house. These volumetric shifts not only provide outdoor living areas but also articulate the façade with recessed and projecting forms, balancing transparency and solidity.

The roof level accommodates service functions including the maids’ quarters and laundry, while on the opposite side a dedicated office opens onto a spacious rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views and a private retreat.

Interplay

A bold interplay of solid volumes and glazed openings defines the façade, where a cantilevered upper mass frames terraces and living spaces, blending privacy with openness in a refined contemporary expression.

Entré

A passage of light & shadow.

Stacked volumes and recessed voids frame a glazed base with a projecting terrace above.

Elevated Geometry

An angular terrace extends over the entrance, framing outdoor living with sharp architectural lines.
