This residence is conceived for a pilot with a passion for cars and aviation, seamlessly blending lifestyle with architecture. The design is organized around a central court with a swimming pool, which becomes the heart of the ground floor, visually and spatially connecting the living, reception, dining, and open kitchen. A side access from the main street reinforces practicality while maintaining privacy.

On the façade, a striking box beneath the first-floor mass defines the garage and a dedicated man cave, housing the client’s prized car and his private lounge area. The main entrance, positioned between the garage and the diwaniya, creates a ceremonial yet private threshold into the home. The architecture balances functionality, identity, and personal passion.

The first floor is planned for family living, with four children’s master bedrooms, supported by a maids’ room and laundry facilities strategically placed near the circulation core for efficiency. A sculptural open staircase visually links the ground floor to this level, reinforcing connectivity.

The second floor is entirely devoted to the owner’s private master suite, featuring expansive dressing areas and a gym that opens onto the rooftop terrace, offering a secluded retreat with panoramic outdoor views.
