This residential project in Bayan, Kuwait, sits on a compact 300 sqm plot sandwiched between two streets, with a generous setback that provides breathing space within a busy neighborhood. Designed for a large family, the house acts as the main family residence and gathering place, accommodating events and weekends together. The entry unfolds through a court with a swimming pool that anchors the home, leading directly into the social spaces of the ground floor, including the living, kitchen, and dining areas. A mezzanine level is dedicated to service functions, while the first floor hosts four master bedrooms and a family lounge. The second floor is designed as a full private apartment, and the third floor features a rooftop living area opening to a terrace alongside another master suite. A basement houses additional service spaces. Vertical circulation is supported by two elevators, a main staircase, and a secondary stair to the first floor, ensuring functionality and flexibility. The design creates a house-over-house typology, where the second and third levels function independently while still connecting to the overall family home.
