Located on a generous 500 sqm corner plot in the prestigious residential district of Khaldiya, Kuwait, this four-storey family home has been carefully designed to respect traditional Kuwaiti values of privacy, hospitality, and multi-generational living while embracing a clean, modern architectural language.

The house is organized vertically to create clear separation between public, semi-private, and intimate family zones, ensuring both functionality and cultural sensitivity.

The basement is dedicated to hospitality with a sunken landscaped courtyard and swimming pool overlooked by a formal diwaniya, reception hall and gym; the ground floor serves as the main family living level with generous living and dining spaces, primary kitchen and a double-height void connecting visually to the pool below, plus a large terrace opening to both the internal court and front public garden.
